We make ordering custom buttons quite a simple process.
All we need to know is model, size, color, polish and if you require any additional customization. We can help guide you through the process if this is your first time buying from us or first time buying buttons at all!
The simplest way to place an order is through e-mail (sales@corozobuttons.com)
Please click each section below to learn more.
The first step is to pick a model. You can pick from one of our models or you can create your own brand new, completely custom design.
Please take a look at our online gallery section where you will be able to find detailed pictures of our offerings. We recommend reviewing our "Popular" section first since it has a large variety of styles that we generally have almost ready to ship.
When you view our gallery please keep in mind that the pictures are only for the purpose of viewing models/shapes, not the colors; colors are customized to each order.
You may also create completely custom models; in order to do so, you must provide us with a sample of the button. There is a small fee for new models which may be waived depending on the volume of order.
You must specify the size (diameter) of the button. Please remember that sizing for square buttons is done diagonally and special shapes are done from furthest point to furthest point. Please take a look at our handy size chart, it translates lignes to millimeters and inches. Sizing ranges from 10L (0.25") to 52L (1.3").
We offer an unlimited number of colors which can be specified by our customers in several ways. If you require an exact color match then you must provide us with either a Pantone color code or a physical color swatch. When exact matches are not required, then we accept non-specific color requests such as "black" or "light brown." Please refrain from using colors from the internet or making references to colors on our website as there may be a large difference in the way computer monitors display colors. Please do not search for Pantone codes online as they may look different on your monitor than they do in person.
There are 4 different levels of polish: matte, semi-polish, polish and high polish. The most common and widely used finish is semi polish. Each level of polish adds more shine. Matte has no shine or reflection, Semi-polish has a natural looking shine and no reflection, polish has high shine and a some reflection, high polish has high shine and high reflection.
Choose whether you want to personalize your button with laser engraving. We offer unparalleled freedom when it comes to creating custom engraved designs which may vary from simple letters to very complex, textured logos. Please keep in mind that complex logos will not work on smaller sized buttons as the design gets compressed too much. We accept art files in many different common formats such as JPG, PDF, AI, etc.
Our R&D department is always hard at work developing new and unique finishes to add that special touch to your product. We now offer several innovative finishes, some of which you will find nowhere else, but here at Corozo Buttons. Effects include burned, blotch, crackled, and more.
We stock thousands of different variations of styles. If you would like to see some samples, simply contact us to get started. Generally sample requests fall within one of the categories below.
Pricing is EX WORKS (shipping quotes will be provided separately once order details have been finalized) and varies based on volume, model style, size and finish; more specifically the lower the volume, the more complex the style or bigger the size, the higher the cost. We do not include import costs of any kind in our pricing.
Our minimum (MOQ) is 10 gross (1440 pieces) per model-size combination (item). An item would be a style in a certain size. You can have multiple colors within the MOQ. Minimum quantity per color (MCQ) is 144 pieces. The first two colors are free, each additional color development is $7.
